Creating Spaces SA has been operating since 2023, run by its two directors, Dave Work and Mark Howard, working across commercial and residential property throughout Adelaide and the surrounding suburbs.

Two directors, and between them they cover the lot. Dave looks after the commercial side, Mark takes residential and everything else.

Dave handles the commercial side of the business: ongoing maintenance for facilities and property managers, multi-site work, and venue fitouts.
Mark Howard
Director
Mark looks after the residential work, from renovations and pre-sale improvements through to one-off repairs and custom joinery. He will coordinate the project and manage all the various trades.

Carpentry, painting, wall and ceiling repairs, tiling, flooring, joinery and metal fabrication, plus the licensed electrical and plumbing trades we bring in.
Clear communication
Quotes are itemised so you can see what you’re paying for. Questions get answered by the person doing the work, not passed along a chain.
Practical solutions
We’ll tell you when a simple repair will do and when it’s worth doing the job properly the first time. That depends on the building and how it gets used.
Quality workmanship
Finish is what people notice six months later. We build things to take real use, whether that’s a pub floor on a Friday night or a kitchen in a family home.
