These terms apply to work carried out by Creating Spaces SA Pty Ltd (ABN 12 665 695 198), builder licence BLD208545, and to your use of this website.

Quotes and pricing

To be confirmed by Creating Spaces SA: how long a quote remains valid, what is included and excluded, and how variations are priced and approved.

Scope of work and variations

To be confirmed: how the agreed scope is recorded, and the process for approving additional work discovered during a job.

Payment

To be confirmed: deposit requirements, progress payment stages, invoice terms and any late payment charges.

Licensing and insurance

Creating Spaces SA Pty Ltd holds South Australian builder licence BLD208545. Where a job requires licensed electrical or plumbing work, we engage appropriately licensed trades.

To be confirmed: public liability and any other insurance cover to be stated here.

Access to the site

To be confirmed: what access, power, water and clearance the client is expected to provide, and how delays caused by access are handled.

Warranties and defects

To be completed with legal advice: workmanship warranty period and defect rectification process, alongside statutory warranties under the Building Work Contractors Act 1995 (SA) and consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law, which cannot be excluded.

Cancellation

To be confirmed: notice required to cancel or reschedule, and any charges for work already carried out or materials ordered.

Liability

To be completed with legal advice. Note that consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law cannot be excluded or limited.
