Our satisfied clients
We would like to thank our clients for providing the following testimonials about our work. It is our pleasure to be able to make our clients’ lives easier, and help them achieve over and above the return on investment on their properties.
Creating Spaces are a fabulous old-school group of tradies. I will always work with them for my construction and renovation needs. Advice is always generously forthcoming, alternative suggestions are freely given and they are aware of my time and budgetary constraints. As a client, it gives me the confidence that every job I require will be done in an exacting, professional and timely manner. In this day and age, you usually only get what you pay for, but these guys actually turn up when they say so and communicate with me every step of the way till the jobs are completed. I highly recommend Creating Spaces for any construction you may require.Gavin Blake
If you are looking to renovate or prepare your home for sale, do yourself a favour and call Creating Spaces. Mark and Dave were there for us every step of the way during one of our most important life decisions – to sell our family home of 22 years and downsize. We had already found and purchased our dream apartment and were on a tight schedule to renovate and sell. Without Creating Spaces, we would never have achieved our amazing outcome in the time we had. Everything we needed to achieve, from painting inside and out to kitchen, bathroom and laundry upgrades, pool fencing and landscaping – it was all done to perfection and in time for us to achieve our goals. Our auction result was truly brilliant with 20 registered bidders and a sale price that was one of the highest paid in our area. These guys made our dream come true one of the best things we’ve ever done!Trudy Pannach
Amazing work! Showed up on time and delivered as promised. Cleaned up after themselves. Highly recommended, absolute professionals.J Rod
We recently contacted Creating Spaces on the recommendation of our Real Estate agent, to take care of some work needed to ready a property for sale.
Mark was able to attend on the same day of contact to survey and quote the job for a very reasonable price.
The job was completed within a week of initial contact, and both Dave and Mark were extremely helpful and professional throughout. Thanks team!
